AMP’s services division fully met the requirements of ISO 9001 certification which demonstrates that an organisation has consistently provided products and services which meet customer requirements and demonstrate continuous improvement.
The business first gained ISO 9001 certification in 2013 after identifying a need to implement more efficient working practices which help support staff and improve levels of customer satisfaction.
The government backed certification is managed by the internationally recognised British Assessment Bureau.
