We have a fantastic opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join our Procurement team based at our Hooton Office.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Administrator will support the team with administrative duties including creation of purchase orders, streamlining Group processes for onboarding, supporting key team members on reporting requirements and liaising with cross departmental functions.
The role will involve
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing approved requisitions and create ad hoc Outline Agreement contracted purchase orders in a timely manner and in accordance with the MOA and nominal structure
- Onboarding and maintaining supplier compliance in accordance with company procedure
- Responsible for all Outline Agreement creation at year end, liaising with Buyers on details
- Supporting the Finance Team with ensuring all purchase orders are completed against the nominal structure and communicated with the Purchase Ledger for invoice processing
- Liaising with Buyers on supporting Purchase Ledger with invoice queries
- Managing and coordinate the procurement inbox, assigning emails appropriately
- Responsibility for company credit card purchases
- Providing support to the procurement team with their administrative duties as reasonably required
- Providing cover to the Stock Controller during absence. Including management of release code requests and stock purchase orders
- Coordinating general office needs, including building and facilities maintenance
- Collaborating with HSEQ to support H&S compliance, including monthly audits and adherence to the Fire Policy
- Undertaking such other duties as reasonably required.

- Demonstratable experience of working in a similar role
- Excellent accuracy and thorough attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build good working relationships and work well within a team
- Exemplary organisational and administration skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft office (specifically Excel) and Teams
- Demonstratable experience of working in a similar role

- Hours of work: 24 – 40 hours per week, 08:30-17:00 with 30 minutes unpaid lunch. Part or full time available
