As AMP Clean Energy’s Renewable Heat business continues to grow, we are looking for a Service Support Administrator. The role will support the operations of the Service and Heat Supply (England and Wales) department by undertaking a range of tasks including works planning and general administration duties.
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Assisting and supporting the Service Desk Manager to create service tickets and allocate to engineers as required
- Assisting with reading incoming service reports and supporting in actioning any follow up works as required
- Assist with planning on site works and co-ordination of Field Service Engineers
- Manage, coordinate and organise accommodation for Field Service Engineers
- Generate purchase orders as requested, to help support the team
- Responsible for the ordering of the PPE / uniform through our One Wear platform and liaising with the managers and supervisors where applicable
- Manage calibration records and arrange equipment testing
- Manage engineer van stock levels and tooling requirements
- Support the Service Heat Supply team in absence cover, where required
- Assisting the Support Desk with incoming telephone calls and emails
- General administration support duties.
The candidate will have the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with database systems and Apps is desirable
- Customer service experience would be advantageous
- Good geographical knowledge, covering England and Wales locations.

- Experience of delivering administration support in a fast moving and demanding operational environment
- General interest in biomass systems and renewable /clean energy
- Excellent communicator and commitment to customer service and satisfaction
- Reactive and flexible
- Initiative to work independently, and work as part of a team
- A desire to drive open tasks to effective completion within a targeted timescale.
Remuneration:
We offer an excellent remuneration package which will be discussed at interview.

- Location: Telford Office, TF1 7AF
- Hours of work: 40 per week, 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
- Annual holiday entitlement is 25 days. In addition, 8 days for public holidays
