Significant carbon savings

Stress free fully managed heating

Reliable renewable energy
Dependable, low carbon heating system supports ancient site
Two biomass boilers and a small heating network support the entire heating needs of Headstone Manor and Museum. As a result, the Scheduled Ancient Monument benefit from reliable, year round heat and considerable carbon savings.
The Vision:
Headstone Manor and Museum no longer wanted operational responsibility for its low carbon heating system. The Museum was looking for expert help and support with its biomass heat installation which supplies heat to the four separate historic buildings, the café and an office.
The Solution:
AMP Clean Energy bought back the Harrow-based museum’s low carbon heating system, taking over ownership and management of its two commercial boilers. This includes fuel supply and service and maintenance. The boiler buyback enabled Headstone Manor and Museum to continue to benefit from carbon savings without the burden of maintenance.
Biomass has proved to be the best low carbon heating option for historic Headstone Manor and Museum. As AMP Clean Energy takes complete care of the heating installation, the Museum can focus on its core activities whilst benefiting from hassle free year-round heating.
