Jodie leads HSEQ at AMP, and since her start in October 2020, she’s driven transformative cultural changes by integrating HSEQ into every facet of AMP’s operations. Currently, she’s embedding a unified HSEQ software across the group to elevate performance standards. Before AMP, Jodie excelled in developing HSEQ systems, improving environmental performance, and fostering safety behavioural shifts within the manufacturing and power generation sectors.
